When Life IT transitioned to employee ownership, it was a commitment to our people, our values, and the long game. That journey, like many meaningful one, came with responsibilities, one of which was managing the deferred payments related to our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure.
Today, we’re thrilled to announce: We’ve completed all EOT deferred payments.
