IBM Hardware Maintenance
IBM are implementing a price increase from 1st April 2017 for IBM Hardware Maintenance and Software Services, excluding Software Maintenance which IBM reserves the right to change at a later date.
Maintenance prices for new products that were announced, or became effective on or after 1st October 2015.
• New contracts will be subject to the 3% price increase, where applicable, from 1st April 2017.
• Existing contracts will be subject to the 3% price increase, where applicable, from 1st July 2017.
• Where an existing contract has a charge increase restriction this will take precedence.
• This increase will not affect contracts that are within a price protection period, other than for any new machine and feature additions from 1st April 2017.
