Flexible Support
Your contract gives you access to technical support during UK office hours, with round-the-clock support available for enhanced contracts and systems-down cases. Our engineers deliver support by phone, email or remote dial in, and can also provide on-site services if needed.
You can select a fixed-price annual support contract and out-source all your IBM i support to us, or we can work in tandem with your own support team to deliver a seamless service to your customers. We also offer call-off contracts where units can be used for technical support or combined with our other services for maximum flexibility.
All our support services are available to you regardless of the IBM i model you are using.
There are many organisations that have stable environments running on older hardware; including models that IBM no longer supports. While there are benefits to using the latest technologies, you may not be in a position to upgrade – or you simply might not want to at the moment. We can support you on your existing platform and keep your legacy system working for as long as you wish to remain on it.
