As part of your annual Maxava HA support & maintenance fee, Life IT provides access to a team of qualified Maxava HA technicians via our UK based help desk – with all the associated service levels you’d expect from an IBM Premier Business Partner each call is logged and tracked through to conclusion.
Maxava HA support includes:

- Single point of contact for all your Maxava HA needs
- Access to the Life IT Maxava HA support forum
- Preferential rates should operational support be required
- Preferential rates should onsite assistance be required
- Peace of mind
You’ll also be granted access to our Maxava HA on-line support forum within which customers and users are able to record and share their experiences with the Maxava HA product suite. The support forum is made up of three separate areas – the support forum itself, product information and FAQ’s.
Your annual Maxava HA maintenance also entitles you to operate the latest version of Maxava HA and as a customer you can rely on our experience and expertise in Maxava HA software upgrades to help you reap the benefits of each new release.
Should it be required we are on standby to ensure the smooth running of any DR situation, and can provide additional operational support during periods of absence such as holidays or sickness.
